 Helps and facilitates the factory in every aspect in establishing the correct and proper way of achieving and increasing efficiency, standard operating procedures and systematic work flow through Lean Manufacturing.

 Aims to establish changes of the factory’s operational process through Lean tools.

 Acts as a mentor to the Junior Continuous Improvement staff

 Facilitates to identify new opportunities for improvements in the factory

 Initiate new development of strategies on sustainability projects and adidas Lean Fulfillment

Observe and monitor performance of the Pilot Line

 Observe proper delivering of presentations

Confidently develops ideas and acts as a change agent to any related improvement opportunities

 Understand all the Lean Concepts, systems and tools

 Brainstorm ideas with the CI team on how Lean tools and concepts be implemented in the factory

 Design system according to Lean Management Concept

 Present accurate and factual qualitative and quantitative results

 Converse the Lean concept to different management levels in a way that they can easily understand upon the training or simple discussion

 Converse and solicit opinions with the CI team and the department managers for all the improvement ideas or concepts implemented

 Act as a role model to the management levels by adhering to prescribe management policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc:
 Willing to learn

 Can stay in the factory for a long-term

 Good communication- English is preferred

 Good in computer skills

 Background in manufacturing is an advantage

 Have management skills.

 University graduated.
