Title: Vice President, Manufacturing and Supply Chain (VP, MSC)
Report to: Chief of Operations Officer (COO)
Location: Ben Tre and Ho Chi Minh;
MAIN DUTIES
In charge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Division (MSCs) operation:
Establish and control the implementation of procedures, regulations and instructions on equipment, machinery, production technology and related processes at the MSCs;
Make operational plan for the entire MSCs Division;
Perform other tasks assigned by the BODs.
Implement and propose measures to improve the productivity and operational efficiency of the MSCs;
Organize the management and operation of the MSCs Division to optimize the purchasing, production, and supply chain to meet the demand for orders from the Sales department according to the strategies and policies issued by the BODs;
Develop a comprehensive development strategy for the MSCs Division according to short, medium and long-term programs;
Research new technical solutions applied in production to improve product quality;
Implement financial management and cost control within the assigned scope and authority;
Advise and plan for the BODs on the operating budget of MSCs in each period;
Leadership development:
Train & coach Head of Departments to improve leadership capacity.
Structure & refine the organizational chart, personnel staffing of the MSCs Division;
Update and adjust the functions & responsibilities for all departments of MSCs Division to achieve efficiency;
Develop and implement capacity development programs for MSCs personnel;

Fluent at English communication (be able to work with Expert foreigners);
Good relations, solve internal and external issues;
Proficient use of systems MS Office, EO and SAP, etc.;
At least 10 years of experience in a similar position;
Ability to analyze and identify risks and solve problems, ability to influence;
Skills of good communication, presentation, strategic thinking & planning, creative thinking;
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Supply Chain, Import-Export, Economics, Finance (Master&039;s degree is preferred);
Ability to travel frequently;
