Mô tả việc làm
– Consulting Labor Law, Safety Law, Fire Prevention Law…to BOD
– Providing factory information by questionnaire, survey to buyer, making factory profile
– Being the main participant in the audits, preparing documents and material, taking
auditors to factory tours for checking
– Determining root causes, making the corrective action plan, following up and providing evidences
– Reviewing document of HR department
– Monitoring the compliance of factories on labor, safety and health, food safety, fire
prevention. – Conducting internal audit
– Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports

– Graduated from university/college major in related fields with solid knowledge of occupational safety and health
– At least 2 year working in similar position, working in manufacturing companies major in leather, shoes, garment,… production
– HSE Certificate
– Good command of English
