  • Discuss with QC/QA Asst. manager/supervisor regarding quality manpower balancing and distribution of work load
  • Meeting with quality control staff on quality issues and prevention everyday
  • Help train new staff on quality mindset and good working attitude
  • Random check QC rejections for major and minor issues
  • Randomly check and monitor quality status and discuss with qa asst. manager/supervisor
  • Monitor fabric, acces and upstream QC report for any major issues and feedback to section heads and qa manager
  • Random check upstream QA & QC activity (follow procedures and updated reports) everyday
  • Schedule to visit subcontract factories to make sure quality is up to our standards.
  • Discuss with QC asst. manager/supervisor some quality checking points according to customer comments on emails or documents from Merchandiser
  • Discuss quality issues and prevention to cutting head and supervisors on quality issues
  • Discuss with fabric qc supervisor any fabric quality issues found during panel inspection like shading, bowing, inconsistent repeat, fabric mapping
  • Discuss with QAM quality issues found during cutting, printing, heat transfer and embroidery
  • Discuss with printing subcontract quality issues below customer standard
  • Discuss with bonding and heat transfer heads on quality issues found by upstream QC
  • Discuss with QAM any quality issues that cannot make decision
  • Sign in behalf of QAM whenever take the decision
  • Make Corrective Action Plan and discuss to qc staff to implement
  • Support Metal Free Policy
  • Monitor 6S in working area
  • Take actions whenever supirior level asign with works
  • Setup training plan to improve QC and QA skills.
  • Plan and target to reduce QC end line defect rate and QA reject rate.
  • Manage QC wip in process to meet production plan target and to support production efficiency and ontime delivery.
  • Make decision and find the best way for correction quality issue.
  • Setup preventive plan by using data from company system and implement.
  • Review and send inspection report to customer.
  • Study new customer standard and requirement to make training plan for QA and QC.
  • Summary quality issue and monthly/yealy target to report top management.
  • Need to have periodically evaluate the supplier performance and give the reports to both Sales team and Purchasing team.
  • Need to make periodically customer claim analysis and report to COO.

  • Coordinate with merchandiser on approved artwork and any documents necessary for QA/QC reference of bulk production .
  • Coordinate closely with fabric qc supervisor, production qc supervisor and qa supervisor regarding
  • customer quality requirement.
  • Coordinate with other related departments, auditor and customers.
  • CAP on time and Implementation.
  • On time submission of KPI.
  • No customer claim and complain.
  • On time delivery.
  • Reduce defect rate to 3%
  • Improve QC and QA skill.
