MAIN DUTIES:
On behalf of the Board of Directors (BODs) to direct and supervise project activities:
Comprehensive monitor of ongoing project activities at Betrimex;
Synthesize, report and analyze the effectiveness and progress of projects;
Evaluate and advise the BODs on decisions, directing project implementation;
Implement and supervise the direction of the BODs for projects;
Participate in project activities and meetings as authorized by the BODs;
Coordinate with other related departments to check and report promptly, fully and accurately on progress and efficiency of implementation;
Propose and consult ideas to help the BODs to solve arising problems as required;
Handle project files within the scope of authorization;
Understand the project implementation method from investment preparation -> production preparation -> production -> project completion and delivery to customers;
Manage, assign and supervise all employes in the Project Management Unit (PMU) to perform assigned tasks;
Communicate the implementation plan to the team members, define the responsibilities of each individual and the timeline for completing the work;
Propose personnel to be appointed and deal with personnel who do not meet the job requirements and engage in dishonest behavior;
Implement the project plan (sample offering, contract signing, mass production, delivery); Set goals and schedule for project implementation;
Report regularly or irregularly during project implementation on design, progress, quality and cost;
Ensure the project is completed on schedule, strictly control the delivery;
Control project settlement costs according to regulations and the set plan;
Prepare project reports and perform some other tasks at the request of the BODs.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering or other related fields;
Experience in project management of F&B/ FMCG industries, prior to activated carbon projects;
Understanding of technological processes in the F&B/ FMCG industry, quality management, food safety and hygiene;
Have knowledge about infrastructure and construction structure;
Skills to set up operating procedures for all project activities and digitize production processes;
Understanding of production management systems according to ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 17025, BRC, ORGANIC, KOSHER, HALAL, IFS standards…;
Understanding of Lean, TPM, 5S, KAIZEN, Safety practices and production models;
Skills of building overall project strategy and annual AOP plan, strategic thinking with orientation;
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Good communication and presentation skills, effective budget management and human resource management.
Fluent in English (have the ability to work directly with foreign experts)
