Mô tả việc làm

– Received and review tech pack, Measurement specs, Sketch, Sample Garment and any Document needed for creating the pattern.
– Create the Pattern for sewing line, sublimation layout and pattern for costing
– Make sure in making pattern, Document all the history of the pattern, Stage by stage sample. (Measurement,Tollerance,Suggestion, Descrepancy) for review purpose
– When pattern is finished, Email the Pattern to the Marker. Make sure to write in the email what you need to do in you pattern. (“plotting pattern paper,pattern paper for sample sewing line, for costing and etc…”)
– Support the Sample sewing line ,If have problem in pattern or sample. Discuss with the team and find Solution.
– Make sure the pattern is graded before Size by Size or Size Set sample.
– If have suggestion on the spec,designline or any changes on the style, Email the Assigned Merchandiser and Explain clearly so that the Merchandiser will communicate to the Customer for approval.
– When sample is finished, make sure to see the fitting. For the next stage sample, you will know how to improve the fitting.
– Received the comment and update from the assigned merchandiser, and make sure to apply in the pattern stage by stage until style is approved.
– In SIZE BY SIZE/ SIZESET stage. Make sure your pattern is graded, measurement is checked. Artwork placement is checked. For preparation in Bulk Production.
