1 Prepare SAM develop styles and arrange costing sheet / up date the system
2 Work with production sewing to make sure achieve the given QU SAM.
3 Prepare required machine capacity plan before one month base on the sewing plan/Heat tranfer plan /Emboss
4 Check all process of prodution to improve quality
5 Conduct the daily QCO meeting
6 Follow up the JD for IE staffs and hahavior
7 Maintain best video through the standardization
8 Sustain the new innovation
9 Summary report QU efficiency summary monthly export,line EEF% export.
10 Do correct actionp plan ( CAR) request from customer
11 Make new ACC consumpion for ACC problem
12 Instrucut all new process regarding to production of factory
13 Conduct the technicale review meeting with production team
14 Research and implement new project related to the manufacuring process.
15 Encourage everybody do kaizan at in the section
16 Create land guid IE team do skill matrix for sewing line

1 Achive QU SAM
2 Calaculate the SMV and deliver on time
3 Kaizen for improvement
4 Maintain the 6 S base the company standard
* General requirement:
1 Working in same position at least from 05 years and up
2 Used to work for a garment company
3 Can communicate in English
