Mô tả việc làm
General administrative assistance
– Remind the SD of important tasks and deadlines
– Follow up all departments where instructed to receive the final updated information as required
– Support the SD and sales management levels to summarize all reports related sales plan
– Compile, prepare and summarize reports, memos, presentation material, correspondence and other documents related to sales plan
– Receive and check documents, letters, reports, plans, etc. from the departments before submitting to the Sales Director for approval.
– Support the SD in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily activities
Business Development Support
– Assist the Sales Director in internal and external meeting
Other tasks assigned by the Sales Director
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
– At least 3 years of working experience in the position of an assistant or sales
– Problem solving skills
– Experience in performance management and business operations
– Well organize and coordinate in the workplace
– Planning and implementation skills
– Good communicator and presenter
– Ability to synthesize, analyze and report
– Ability to plan and organize individual work.
– Good at English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writting)
